A tragic accident involving a cyclist and a semi earlier this week in Kelowna has a family in mourning. On Monday afternoon, 69-year-old Ernie Gabbs lost his life after a collision at a busy intersection. The man was riding a hand cycle when he was struck. Now his grieving family is hoping others learn from their tremendous loss. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
