Kelowna family reunited with pet, has suspicion about who stole their dog

A dog that was stolen from a Kelowna family on Saturday has been returned, thanks to the help of RCMP.

Atlas was reunited with the Galt’s in Penticton, where police told them to wait while they retrieved their pet.
