RCMP are asking for more witnesses to come forward as they investigate a serious crash that took place in Kelowna’s downtown Tuesday night. A vehicle slammed into a building injuring the female passenger. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, a Global Okanagan reporter was one of the first on scene.
