On a quiet Sunday in Côtes-des-Neiges, some of Santa’s elves were busy putting together holiday cheer for people who can definitely use it. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, over the years the Little Elves Foundations has distributed more than 50,000 gifts to people living with HIV-Aids.
