‘I just feel it’s wrong’: Summerland couple questions fee to access own medical records

Family doctors are retiring at a fast pace across the country as the baby boomer generation greys.

Many can’t find another doctor to take over their practices so they are turning to third party companies to store their patient’s medical records.

But as Shelby Thom reports, one Summerland couple is questioning that practice because it’s a move can end up being very costly.
