In school sports, talented players come and go, but for a high school basketball team in Oliver, their unofficial manager has become a welcome and continuous presence. Josh Tester, a young man with special needs, graduated from Southern Okanagan Secondary School several years ago, but as Shelby Thom reports, he remains a valuable part of the team.
