U.S. President Donald Trump tweeted on Tuesday that because the individual mandate of Obamacare will no longer be enforced it is “essentially repealed,” but with many still counting on Obamacare to help them with costs they wouldn’t normally be able to afford, Obamacare may still show signs of life.
