It’s the time of giving.
But Canadians are not donating to charities as much as they use to, according to a new report by the Fraser Institute.
It looked at data from claimed donations to registered charities.
However as Shelby Thom reports, it appears Okanagan residents are more generous than there Canadian counterparts.
