Christmas is supposed to be a time of happiness and good cheer but for many families, the holidays can be tough to pull together. Preparing a Christmas meal and putting presents under the tree can be expensive but there are agencies that help take the financial pressure off. The Salvation Army is one of them and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it’s asking Okanagan families in need to come forward this week and register for the annual Christmas blessing program.
