Mother of missing B.C. woman calls disappearances an epidemic

Carmen Carr hasn’t seen her daughter in four years.

Caitlyn Murray-Carr went missing in Quesnel Sept. 30, 2013 just two days after leaving an abusive relationship.

While RCMP told the Carr family their daughter likely took her own life, the lack of investigation into her disappearance has haunted them.
