Efforts heat up to create a national park reserve in the south Okanagan.

After years of opposition from the former BC liberal government, the creation of a national park in the south Okanagan-Similkameen is one step closer to reality.
The federal and provincial environment ministers were in Osoyoos on Friday to announce a renewed commitment to make the park plan happen.
