It had the potential of becoming a serious situation. A blaze breaks out on a deck, no one is around, and making it worse, the home is in a heavily forested area. That was the dangerous recipe in a West Kelowna neighborhood this morning. But as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, an observant neighbor is getting credit for keeping this fire contained.
