Downed power lines spark fire in Kelowna

Strong winds Tuesday blew trees down around the Okanagan.

In Kelowna, a tree toppled power lines, sparking a grass fire in the Upper Mission.

FortisBC restored power to about 3,000 customers around 7 p.m. Tuesday.
