The south Okanagan was hit hard by the overnight wind storm.
Massive waves combined with near record high water battered the shoreline, causing significant erosion under the walkway along Lakeshore Avenue and damaging several structures.
As Shelby Thom reports, it’s all hands on deck today to reinforce flood barriers and clean up the mess left in the storm’s wake.
