The high water across the Okanagan Valley this spring is the ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes. Officials are warning it’s shaping but to be a banner season for the pesky blood suckers. Mosquito control workers are taking the fight to new heights, but as Shelby Thom reports, there are questions whether even that will be enough.
