Dozens of seniors in Oliver have been living a condo owner’s worst nightmare.
Damage to the Park Place complex compelled residents to vacate their homes almost four years ago.
Since then the strata council has been engaged in a lengthy fight with insurance companies and lawsuits have been filed.
Condo owners have been on the hook for strata fees and in some cases, mortgages, despite not living there.
