There are more than 800 people in the Interior Health region waiting for a hip replacement but few have waited longer than a South Okanagan man. 74 year old Osoyoos native Lee Horn has been waiting 56 weeks since diagnosis for the procedure. Global’s Shelby Thom shares his story.
