They seem to be growing like weeds. Many Okanagan municipalities are taking a “wait and see” approach when it comes to dealing with marijuana dispensaries.
But not Penticton. As Global’s Shelby Thom reports, the south Okanagan city is vowing to bring the hammer down on pot shops that refuse to comply with city regulations.
