Imagine being forced from your home for three years only to learn you could have moved in several months ago. Back in 2011, an earthquake caused severe structural damage to some condos in Oliver, making them unsafe to live in; at least that’s what residents were told. But a new engineering report begs to differ, saying the homes were safe to live in. Neetu Garcha reports.
