There’s a record number of families and individuals in the south Okanagan having a hard time making ends meet this holiday season. That’s what staff and volunteers at the Penticton Salvation Army Community Food Bank are saying during what they call one of the busiest years they’ve ever seen. Neetu Garcha reports.
