Shifting hillside causing concerns in Summerland

It’s been slowly slipping for nearly 100 years, but some Summerland residents fear a large hillside could give way with one huge destructive slide. Summerland municipal officials have been aware of the safety issue for years, but are now getting more serious about dealing with it.
But as Lauren Pullen reports, a solution isn’t coming soon enough for some property owners.
