Ontario Premier Doug Ford unveiled major changes to his cabinet at Queen’s Park on Thursday as legislature breaks until September. No longer the province’s education minister, Stephen Lecce will serve as minister of energy and electrification. Also, a return from Steve Clark, among other changes.
