French language on decline in Quebec, says OQLF study

Quebec’s French language office (OQLF) is concerned about the decline of Quebec’s official language. The OQLF published a report indicating that the use of French is at stake especially among young Quebecers. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, the findings are sparking fierce reaction.
