A New York driver who was allegedly fleeing a dispute early Monday morning injured at least eight people, including a police officer before crashing his vehicle into a restaurant. The incident took place a few blocks south of Times Square where New Year festivities were coming to a close after midnight. The motorist, a 44-year-old man, is facing several charges.
