Torontonian Noel Patricio has won the largest jackpot in the history of Lotto 6/49, 68 million dollars CAD, as announced by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) in a news release on Thursday. Patricio added that despite winning the lottery, he intends to keep his job.
