Some heated exchanges Tuesday at Kelowna’s outdoor sheltering site. Tent city, as it’s more commonly referred to, is undergoing a big clean ahead of winter, and with it comes the removal of many items from old furniture to warming devices like propane tanks. This has some residents sheltering at the site upset but as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the city says it is a necessary measure to keep everyone safe.
