Occupational Health and Safety is investigating the death of a cleaning company employee at the Workers Compensation Board building in downtown Edmonton.

Instead of decision-making that focuses on helping people with their injuries, illnesses or concerns, the system currently focuses on "efficient management of claims," read the review.
