Vancouver police said the new video of a vehicle is not related to the homicide but was travelling in the area around the time Wataru Kakiuchi was killed.

Timothy Isborn was arrested in the Downtown Eastside on Monday afternoon. He has now been charged with one count of second-degree murder.
