Lance Burkhard pleaded guilty to second-degree murder on Wednesday in the killing of Wasfi Ghalban 8 months after his first-degree murder conviction was overturned.

Police announced Friday they have arrested and charged four men with first-degree murder in connection to the death of a 47-year-old man found inside a Toronto community housing building in 2014.

Toronto police are seeking to locate and speak to two persons of interest in connection to the murder of a man in a Wellesley Street apartment building last December.
