The man dragged off a United Airlines plane earlier this month has settled with the airline for an undisclosed amount.

A new report released by United Airlines Thursday says several mistakes were made before, during and after David Dao was dragged off an overbooked flight.

"The treatment of the passenger in last week's incident at O’Hare is inexcusable and must be stopped."
