The update came hours after U.S. President Joe Biden said none of the objects shot down over Canada and the U.S. appear to have ties to Chinese surveillance activities.

The update came as Canada's defence minister indicated it will be "difficult" to find at least one of those objects that was shot down over Yukon by a U.S. fighter jet.
