"Someone out there bought a Lotto Max ticket ... for a chance to win a $70 million jackpot. And in this case, they did. But no one's come forward yet," an OLG spokesperson said.

"We don’t know the identity of the person or group that purchased the ticket," the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation said.
