An online petition has been launched, calling on the province to act following the latest incident at the restaurant -- which could have resulted in their patrons being hurt.

The 6th annual Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery Mix-off takes place Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at Laurel Packing House in Kelowna and will feature top bartenders and chefs competing for best cocktails and bites.
