Investigators with the RCMP's Historical Homicide Unit say time plays a role in when witnesses may come forward in any given case.

RCMP said they were bringing the deaths of Shelly Ann Bacsu, Stephanie Stewart and Deanna MacNeil forward again in hopes of receiving more information into what happened.
