Dozens of wedding attendees became violently ill at the Sandos Playacar all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen and say their calls for help were brushed aside by resort staff.

'Everyone started dropping like flies,' Okanagan Alyssa Stothart said. 'It was pretty alarming. My niece actually saw the doctor on site.'
