The premature seal pup was picked up after he was spotted apparently abandoned and struggling to get out of the water near Prince Rupert.  

The Vancouver Aquarium’s Marine Mammal Rescue Centre has a new guest, after Coquitlam Mounties stepped up to rescue a premature baby seal.
