Edmonton Transit Service recently wrapped up the installation of new germ-killing seats in 57 out of the city's 94 train cars to better protect riders and staff.

The ETS has partnered with Outbreaker Solutions on a pilot project that will see innovative germ-killing push plates installed on several doors at transit centres and LRT stations.
