Security video shows a person with a stroller walking up to an abandoned mattress and appearing to set it on fire before casually walking away as the flames spread. 

The fire destroyed seven vehicles and a carport used as the New Hope Community Services Society's community space. Security video appears to show someone starting it deliberately.
