The new chair of Hockey Canada's board of directors says the report from a third-party law firm will remain confidential so as not to interfere with the police investigation.

Hugh L. Fraser was elected as Hockey Canada's new board chair over the weekend, joined by eight freshly minted directors, following months of controversy for the organization.
