Mount Hope Village at Eisner Cove is intended to take up 45 hectares of land between Woodside Industrial Park and Highway 111, and bring at least 700 units of 'attainable housing.'

Mount Hope Village is slated to be constructed on top of the Eisner Cove wetland. If approved, the 45-hectare development would be located between near Woodside Industrial Park.
