Melina Roberge, 24, told the court that she risked a life sentence in prison for the opportunity to take selfies "in exotic locations and post them on Instagram to receive 'likes' and attention" on a lavish vacation.

Melina Roberge said she initially refused when her unnamed "sugar daddy" asked her to carry drugs on the cruise to Australia but later agreed when told she could enjoy a free vacation while helping the group.
