The association representing hundreds of faculty members at Carleton University has voted 73 per cent in favour of a strike — the latest development in an ongoing, strained bargaining process with the school's administration.

It's day eight of the strike involving faculty at 24 Ontario colleges.

Instructors at Langara college have now voted overwhelmingly in favour of going on strike.
