If approved, the floating park with saunas, cold pools and green space would be built at Ship Point, stretching nearly 44 metres in length and 10.4 metres in height.

The proposal includes a 44-metre Nordic spa housed on a barge that would float just steps away from the inner harbour causeway and within view of the B.C. legislature.
