A Moncton woman whose family has a special connection to one of the three RCMP officers killed last week says they were devastated when they found out he had died.

The family of Const. Dave Ross has released a goodbye message via the RCMP, who lost his life in a shooting rampage in Moncton, N.B. on June 4.
