The train derailed at approximately 6:30 a.m. CP Rail said there were no injuries and no public safety concerns as a result of the derailment.

The fifth-generation owner of the farm told Global News the barn, synonymous with the small town of Drinkwater, Sask., was too badly damaged by the winter storm to be saved.
