Anthony Creed Cortez has entered guilty pleas to one count of dangerous driving causing death and one count of motor vehicle theft in connection with the Sept. 11, 2017 hit-and-run collision.

Anthony Creed Cortez is facing six charges in connection with the crash that killed 35-year-old Danielle Charlton.

The victim of a crash just outside of Hope has been identified as a 35-year-old mother of four.
