Human feces were smeared across the access ramp to the Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre in Regina Saturday, where a progress flag had been painted in the lead-up to Pride Week.

The festival kicks off Friday morning with a flag raising at city hall and runs through June 12 with many free-to-attend events.
