The TSB found issues with the execution of the landing approach, touchdown and go-around as factors in the October 2021 crash at the Westlock Aerodrome near Edmonton.

Emergency crews responded to the Westlock Regional Airport after a plane carrying four people flipped and crashed at the airport north of Edmonton late Sunday morning.
