Richard Manuel faces one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle in relation to the June incident in Mission, which sent two people to the hospital with minor injuries. 

RCMP have been largely silent about their investigation into the June 4 incident, during which the 77-year-old driver is said to have driven into marchers on the Lougheed Highway.
