"It has never been more important – even when vaccinated – to continue to follow hospital infection prevention and control and public health measures," a UHN staff memo said.

"There should be a five or 10 per cent difference here and there, but there shouldn't be a 20 per cent difference (in certain neighbourhoods with residents 80 and older)."
